Revec~etation <br />~~,~„~~ <br />Grasses, fortis and shrubs have recovered to a great degree after three years of drought. <br />Recent and regular rainfall has vastly improved the live vegetative cover and current soil <br />moisture should further improve the revegetation efforts. Grasses are in the peak stages of <br />reproduction. Smooth brome and western wheatgrass are setting seed heads and cicer <br />milkvetch plants are flowering. Some evidence of elk visiting the site recently was observed. <br />No cattle were present on the site during the inspection. <br />Overall, the site appeared in improving condition over the previous month <br />
