tll. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Arness McGriffin Mine conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology. No one else was present. <br />The ground was dry. The permit for this mine was revoked more than) 0 years ago. The site was reclaimed by <br />IML in April 1990. No changes were found on the site compared to last month's inspection. <br />Roads <br />The site was open to public access. The access road remains gullied and rough. <br />General Mine Plan Compliance <br />No new erosion problems were evident. No problems were found at the site. <br />
