<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This aerial inspection was flown on 3une 29, 2000. The aerial photograph was examined on 3uly 7, <br />2000. No compliance problems were observed during the overflight. <br />Facilities <br />Rail cazs were located on the rail line next to the loadout spur but a gap was lefr for access along the <br />county road. There were no railcazs being loaded during the overflight. No problems with fugitive dust <br />were observed. Only one small coal stockpile was on the facilities bench. There were no problems with <br />any of the facilities. <br />Hvdroloev <br />Pond 1 was dry. The pond embankment appeazed to be stable. No erosional gullying was observed. <br />Topsoil <br />There were no erosional gullies on the topsoil stockpiles <br />Roads <br />The entrance haul road and the east light use road were in good shape. <br />c:\ms97\terror\i nsp0600 <br />
