(Page 2~ <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: nn_Zpne_ x(L- <br />INSPECTION DATE: inri9/na <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: KAP <br />This inspection was conducted as apre-operational inspection for a new 1 12c permit application. <br />Present at the inspection were Kate Pickford, DMG, Richard Linke, Linke Construction, Inc., and Stevan <br />O'Brian, Environment Inc. Weather at the time of the inspection was clear, calm, and approximately 45 <br />degrees. <br />2. The proposed affected area is currently rangeland and consists primarily of a hill located south of Grand <br />County Road 55. Vegetation at the site consists of a sagebrush mix. <br />3. There is a fence along the south edge of the proposed permit area adjacent to the road, and along <br />the east boundary of the site. The operator stated that there are corner posfs at the other corners of <br />the site. <br />4.
