Overall, the site appeared in compliance and good condition for the early spring season. <br />No major reclamation of buildings or structures has occurred in the last few months. Partial <br />demolition occurred at the West Mine warehouse two years ago. No significant demolition <br />has occurred since that time. The operator may want to consider the permitting of non-coal <br />waste disposal areas for use during demolition and site reclamation. Currently, the <br />reclamation cost estimate assumes that debris will be hauled off-site for disposal. <br />
