Several or more oblique photographs of <br />the site were taken with a digital camera and will be used by the Division staff during future permitting and/or ground <br />inspections to determine compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. The photographs are attached to this <br />.report, ie: images 83-86, 89-90. <br />2. Copies of the photographs will be made available to the operator upon request. <br />3. The applicant has recently submitted an application for a Regular 112 Operation.
