Please submit a timetable for answering the concerns expressed in P1ark Loye's <br />inspection report and correspondence described above. A timetat~le for each <br />of his recommendations should be developed including submittal .cate and nature <br />of any technical revisions or amendments. It should be noted tFat well over <br />one year has passed since "9r. Loye's inspection, without a complete response <br />from Valco, Inc. It is imperative that potential violations be brought into <br />conformance as soon as possible. <br />2. Pit wall reduction and revegetation should commence on mined out areas <br />immediately. Delays in this area are not only costly but can conpound <br />existing problems.
