The noxious weed must be eradicated before it becomes a severe
problem. This was noted as a problem and the operator was instructed to Initiate a weed control program within
60-days. The site has been Inspected to see how well the control program is working.
Mr. Wayne Adams said that the Saltcedar has been sprayed twice with a herbicide specifically formulated to
eradicate this particular plant. Some of the plants have turned yellow, some of the branches have dried out and
a few of the plants (primarily the fop few branches) are still green. The site will be re-inspected next year to see
how well the eradication program is progressing. The operator has initiated a noxious weed eradication
program (for the SoNcedar) so ifie previously noted problem has been resolved. The problem will be abated
when all the Saltcedar within the permit area is eradicated.
Did not observe any additional obvious problems at the operation.
I & E Contact Address
NAME: Mr. Wavne Adams
OPERATOR: Valco.lnc.
STREET: P (1.
