III. COMMENTS-COMPLIANCE <br />Below are commrnts on the inspection. The comments incWde discussion of observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting [he enforcement action. <br />Items of concern from previous inspections: None <br />This aerial inspection report is prepared by Byron G. Walker from six aerial photographs (28-02- <br />05-28-001(1) through 6(6) on file at the Division) taken by, and an oral debriefing of, Mr. Harry <br />Ranney, Environmental Protection Specialist of the Division. Mr. Ranney stated that he saw no <br />problems at the site. Copies of the photographs have been transmitted electronically to the <br />operator, and a copy of this report sent to the operator by mail. <br />Hvdroloaic Balance The site appears to be dry. There is no surface runoff water noted (see <br />Photograph 5). This photograph is included in this report. <br />Backfillina and Grading Placement of flyash with cover by spoil (backfill) is evident in <br />Photographs 2 and 3. The work, in echelon, is underway at the south end of the B Pit. All work <br />appears to be in compliance with the permit.
