COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (DMG). Oblique aerial photographs were taken by Harry Ranney of <br />the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (CDMG). These photographs were reviewed <br />by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology on December 19, 2004 <br />Hydrolopic Balance <br />Pond 5 was clearly visible and appeared dry. The Magpie Creek Diversion ditch appeared <br />normal. F <br />Processing_Waste <br />The refuse pile was clearly visible in one of the photographs taken from the west. The <br />western side of the pile is the most recently reclaimed. Litter cover appears good on this <br />area and no rills, gullies, or erosion was evident. <br />
