I have compiled <br />information below which I believe addresses your concerns, as I <br />understand them from Susan McCannon who accompanied you on the <br />inspection. Twelve questions and corresponding answers are listed <br />below. Copies of relevant materials are also enclosed with this <br />letter for your reference. <br />Please contact me if you need further clarification or additional <br />information, or if you feel the responses below do not adequately <br />address any compliance problems at the mine.
