Specifically: <br />1. Empty barrels located at the southeastern mine dump storage area <br />have been moved back from the edge to the extent possible, and <br />cleaned up. <br />2. A trash rack was installed following the MLRD October 17, 1985 site <br />visit, and was in place during the August 13, 1986 inspection. <br />3. The barrels placed adjacent to the upper culvert inlet have been <br />moved, and any oil spillage cleaned up.
