General Comments <br />Construction had begun on the new access road to Highway 133. A culvert to <br />provide a crossing over the Fire Mountain Canal is scheduled to be completed <br />prior to opening of the canal to irrigation flows in mid to late April. A <br />power substation has been installed above the bench at the northwest end of the site. <br />
