III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Mine conducted by Tom Gillis of the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology. Skies were clear and ground conditions were dry at the time of the inspection. <br />RE VEGETATION <br />Growth of vegetation appears to be doing well for both herbaceous & woody species, in particular the <br />shrub species planted in the dozer basins on the regraded upper bench. <br />
