Ms Piccirilli stated that she represented Colorado Peoples Environment and <br />Economic Network (CPEEN-. CPEEN had been contacted by concerned citizens regarding <br />activities in the Uncompahgre River in Ouray County, associated with ZMK. Ms Piccirilli <br />stated that she thought ZMK might have a 1992 permit. <br />After consulting the file, I informed Ms Piccirilli that ZMK Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1991- <br />146 was an active operation, approved for instream activities. I informed Ms Piccirilli that <br />DMG would respond to a written complaint and encouraged her to submit her concerns in <br />writing to the DMG Durango Office. I provided the mailing address for the DMG Durango <br />Office to Ms Piccirilli and encouraged her to address the letter to me. <br />
