ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement <br />ahd date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the <br />termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />As a result an April inspection Notice of Violation CV-9 9-002 was written for failure to conduct <br />blasting in a manner that prevent damage to public or private property outside the permit area. <br />Rule 4.08/4(9), Act 34-33-1 2010111111. <br />As noted in the inspection report, the only condition of the violation yet to be completed is a <br />letter from the sanitation department that payment for the repair work on the lean-to and the <br />recording device has been received. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2(94 <br />m: \co al\sh are\f o rms\81 O 1 <br />
