The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. Spills noted are to be cleaned Up and documentation of Droner <br />disposal shall be provided to the Division. Clean up and containment shall be done by 6/14. A <br />petroleum products handlings plan and spill prevention /control plan shall be submitted as a <br />Technical Revision within 45 days (June 27`"1 <br />2. /Waste materials appear to be being pushed over topsoil materials. 6 / 14/ 05 <br />PB or PV: ~~ <br />TOPIC(S): S~ <br />Corrective Action: Since waste ic_ reportedly b ingput into underground workings this should not be <br />an issue. The operator shall clearly mark the edges of the currently disturbed areas with signs that <br />prohibit dumping or blading of materials beyond the designated area without prior Division Approval. <br />A rpp oval will_stipulate that surtace soils /materials will be scrapped and stockpiled for reclamation <br />later. Newly covered areas shall have waste raked back and topsoil seeded. <br />
