(Page 2)
MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-2001-033
INSPECTION DATE 11/29/2006 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS DEG
OBSERVATIONS
This inspection of Permit Number M-2001-033 (Rough Cut Pit) was conducted by Deb E. Gbnima of the DRMS as part of the
routine monitoring and inspection protocol. Keith and Jake Tucker of Tucker Custom Service were present during this
inspection. The pit is located 2.5 miles southwest of Manzanola, CO, and currently consists of approximately 467 acres where
approximately 35 acres have been disturbed.
Mine entrance signs and permit boundary markers are all in place, and there are numerous material stockpiles on site. All
activities and completed work at the time of inspection appeared to follow the guidelines and regulations set forth by the state
and the approved mining and reclamation plans for the pit, and no problems are noted for this site.
There was equipment on site at the time of this inspection, but it was explained to this inspector that no fuel or other hazardous
materials are stored on site, and no evidence of fuel or hazardous materials was observed. Topsoil has been stockpiled around
the perimeter of the active portion of the pit. It appeared that the majority of the remaining undisturbed area was well-vegetated.
The site is stable, and no disturbance was observed outside of the approved permit boundaries. For future reference, this site
is correctly positioned in the DRMS online GIS.
Responses to this inspection report should be directed to Deb E. G6nima at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety,
Denver Office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, phone number 303-866-4179.
I & E Contact Address cc: ^ CE
NAME Keith and Jake Tucker ^ BL
OPERATOR Tucker Custom Service ^ FS
STREET 16507 Road GG ^ HW
CITY/STATE/ZIP Rockv Ford, CO 81067 ^ HMWMD (CH)
^ SE
^ WOCD (CH)
X OTHER
cc: Alan Frantz, Rough Cut, LLC, 15645 Rd.
