The materials submitted have resolved the problem, <br />cited in the September 15, 2005 inspection report, related to the lack of boundary markers at the site. <br />The problem involving the absence of a liner below the above ground storage tank, however, remains a concern for the <br />Division. Although the Division will accept Alpine Rock Co's. commitment not to place fuel into the above ground <br />storage tank prior to the placement of a liner, scheduled to occur sometime next yeaz, the Division still has concerns that <br />the tank may inadvertently be filled with fuel, prior to installation of the liner. Therefore, the Division will impose the <br />following coaective action related to this issue: <br />Place a placard on the tank stating that the tank is to remain empty. Submit photos of the placarded tank to the Division <br />within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter. <br />Once the liner has been installed, the placard may be removed.
