A Technical Revision to the Reclamation Plan will be needed to allow the stock pond on <br />the site to remain. A letter from the landowner will meet this requirement. <br />2. The grading of the slopes appears to be adequate, and enough topsoil ie currently stored <br />at the Bite to complete this aspect of reclamation. <br />3.
