The <br />vegetation appears to be adequate for use of the lands for grazing and wildlife <br />habitat, the approved post-mining land-use. <br />Field observations made during this inspection on the approximate 0.05-acre east <br />berm parcel indicates this area has been successfully backfilled and regraded, <br />and drainage control has been established. <br />Observations made during the inspection would support a finding that the operator <br />has met the requirements for Phase II and III bond release on the approximate <br />228-acre parcel, and Phase I release on the approximate 0.05 acre east berm <br />parcel.
