It is <br />not eligible for bond release at this time and is not part of the pending bond release <br />appl~caUon (SL-O6) Vegetation is becoming established on this small area after seeding in <br />December 2004 <br />Soil Methane Area <br />There has been no noticeable visual change in the areas east of the mine that are affected <br />by methane in the soil profile Some conclusions or written findings are likely to be part of <br />the bond release findings for the reclaimed areas of the mine that lie west of this area <br />Monitoring has not shown a conclusive link to mining activities nor has a link been ruled out <br />These areas continue to show minimal vegetation of any kind and exhibit accelerated <br />erosion as a result of the lack of vegetation. <br />Overall, this reclaimed site appeared in good condition for the early fall season. <br />
