Comments also descnbe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of tha Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of June, 2002. The site is reclaimed and <br />the weather clear. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The site is doing surprisingly well despite the severe drought conditions.
