(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M t gga-m7 <br />INSPECTION DATE: to-n~-ro INSPECIOR~S INifIALS: r;RS <br />This inspection of Washington County Permit Number M 1994-077, the Strand Pit, was conducted by Gregg R. <br />Squire of the DMG, who was accompanied by Larry Champ of the Washington County Road District #3. The <br />operator has posted a Permit ID sign and marked the permit area. However the ID sign has been knocked over <br />and needs to be put back up. The operator should repair the sign and send a photo of the repaired sign to the <br />DMG. <br />The site is currently active, material has been stockpiled on the permit area and some of it has been removed recently, <br />although there was no equipment at the site at the time of the inspection.
