At the time of the inspection the weather was cloudy and warm. Conditions <br />at the mine site were dry. This area is has had a dry summer and the Palmer <br />drought index for this area is classified ~Ytfh^?ltoar~k-t as severe. The grasses <br />were fairly brown. <br />Records were checked at the county courthouse. <br />The reclaim area has not changed since the last inspection other than it is a <br />little browner than last month.
