On <br />page 2 under "Recommendations", we requested a number of items to be submitted <br />to us. <br />To date, we have received no response to this request. Due to past <br />cooperation by yourself and Colorado Lien, we are uncertain why we have not <br />heard from you about this report. We can only assume that this report was <br />lost in the mail. <br />Therefore, the enclosed inspection report is-sent to you with all referenced <br />attachments.
