An oblique photograph of the future 9.90 acre site <br />was taken with a digital camera and will be used by the Division staff during future permitting and/or ground inspections <br />to determine compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. The photograph is attached to this report, ie: <br />image 126. <br />2. The status of the Ghost River Gravel Pit is "awaiting warranty", Therefore, a mining and reclamation permit must first <br />be issued by the Division prior to disturbance. The aerial photograph verifies that there is no mining disturbance at the <br />site. The operator is also advised to check with the local county government to determine their permitting requirements <br />prior to disturbance. <br />3.
