Topsoil was present and stockpiled, but the operator should be more careful about <br />salvaging material for reclamation actions. While adequate material was present, poor topsoil <br />conditions at this site make it especially necessary for care to be taken in saving what <br />topsoil is present. <br />3. Slopes which were regraded have correct 3H:1V slope. <br />4. Site is currently inactive, but evidence of recent activity was present. <br />5.
