III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the iuspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcemeut actions taken during the iuspectiou and the facts or <br />evidence supporting the enforcemeut action. <br />In addition to the distribution indicated on the first page, a copy of this report is provided to Clyde <br />Sharp, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. <br />This permit is in temporary cessation. <br />There was about a foot of snow over the site. <br />Roads <br />The access road onto the site had been plowed. It appeazed to be in good repair. <br />Hvdrolo¢ic Balance <br />Sedimentation Ponds 1 and 2 were snow covered. From the level of snow, Pond 1 appeared to be near <br />full of water (frozen over). Monitoring well (alluvial) HGDAL 4 had been set. Vehicle tracks to the <br />well were in the snow. <br />Support Facilities <br />Support facilities, other than the sedimentation ponds and ditches, are in disrepair.
