<br />Date of Inspection: 12 3 97 Permit No.: M-80-149 <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The following observations were made during a partial release inspection ofthis 112.7 acre <br />112 site. <br />1. Signs and boundaries were appropriately marked with fencing and natural boundaries. <br />2. Most of the slopes around the pond appear to be approximately 3H:1V;however, all show <br />signs of wave action and cutting, and some along the southeastern boundary approach 2H:1V <br />or 1.SH:1V slopes. <br />3. Topsoiling has been adequately completed. <br />4. Vegetation is plentiful. Some appears to be wheatgrass and clover, but others may be <br />weeds. It was difficult to make a determination due to snow cover. <br />5. The entire south boundary has been excavated and benched by the current landowner to <br />make a new beach.
