The mining and reclamation plans have been significantly altered from what <br />was originally permitted. <br />~ 2. Colorado Lien is utilizing the access road and plant site currently ~ <br />located on the Holly Sugar Permit (77-304). <br />3. The current reclamation financial warranty does not reflect current <br />conditions. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. The operator will need to amend the entire permit application by no later <br />than July 8, 1985. The amendment should include 4 complete copies of the <br />application with attached exhibits. All exhibits must comply with Rule 2 of <br />the Regulations.
