The site used fo be operated by EI <br />Paso County and was succeeded by Mr. Henry Schuler in early 2D03. The site is located approximately 3 miles <br />south of Simla, Colorado. At that time, Mr. Schuler thought the permitted acreage was 9.9 acres. However, the <br />approved permitted acreage was only 6 acres. Mr. Schuler submitted the amendment to increase the permitted <br />acres by 3.9 acres for a total of 9.9 acres. Operator was notified of the inspection but was not present. Permit <br />amendment application was posted on the main gate along wHh the permit sign. Boundary markers for the <br />increased area were properly posted.
