The photographs were taken by Harry Ranney of CDMG. The mine has gone
through a Phase I and Phase II Bond Release on all but approximately nine acres.
The weather was clear and the ground was covered with snow.
Shrub parcel HG-08 was covered with snow. The parcel, although covered with
snow, appeared to be stable at the time of the inspection. The pond contained
water but it was not possible to determine if it was discharging at the time of the
inspection (although the pond is no longer a part of the HG Mine permit).
Shrub Parcel E was also covered with snow. The parcel appeared to be stable at the
time of the inspection.
The 1997 slump area was covered with snow. The slump area appeared to be stable
and there were no signs of further slumping from the photos.
Shrub parcel 003 was also covered with snow. The parcel appeared to be stable at
the time of the inspection. Pond 003 appeared to contain water at the time of the
inspection.
Overall, all of the areas of the HG Mine appeared to remain stable and in good
condition.
