,r -' <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Coal Gulch Mine for the month of March, 2001. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The pond snow covered and is not discharging. The primary spillway is covered <br />with fill material and is no longer functional. The upper area's low spot is covered in snow. <br />Reclamation Success: The site vegetation is dormant at this time. <br />General Mine Compliance: No changes in the site's condition since the last inspection was observed. <br />
