LOWER REFUSE PILE INSPECTION <br />CERTIFICATION OF CRITICAL CONSTRUCTION PERIODS <br />TftIIiD QUARTER 1994 <br />Critical construction periods of the French drain and soil buttress installation (Technical <br />Revision No. 66, Slide Repair and SW Lower Refuse Pile Re-Configuration 9/93) were <br />inspected. <br />During the 3rd Quarter 1994, the following construction was completed on the Lower <br />Refuse Pile according to the approved Technical Revision: <br />I. Removal of all organic material and topsoil, <br />2. Placement of under drainage systems, <br />3. Installation of surface drainage systems. <br />The construction was completed according to the approved plans and specifications, and <br />inspected by qualified persons under the direction of a Certified Professional Engineer. <br />~~ G.
