ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />No enforcement actions were written as a result of this inspection. Abatement steps for NOV CV-2007- <br />005 have not yet been completed. The abatement deadlines for NOV CV-2007-005 were extended on <br />9/17/07 as follows: <br />1. Step 1 was extended from 9/21/07 to 10/21/07 <br />2. Step 2 was extended from 9/21/07 to 10/21/07 <br />3. Step 3 was extended from 10/5/07 to 11/5/07 <br />4.
