III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments inGude discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Mine conducted by Tom Gillis of the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology. Skies were partly cloudy and ground conditions were wet as a result of moderate <br />rainfall the previous evening. <br />REVEGETATION <br />Vegetation continues to do well throughout the reclaimed area. Weedy species are present in a few areas <br />but not in significant concentrations. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />No significant erosional features or siltation problems were observed during the inspection. <br />
