<br />6) The partial Phase I bond release of 5161,994 was granted an 19 October 1995. The LeCY I.cadout facility, part of
<br />an existing industrial park, was removed fiom the permit by Technical Revision (TR}014 in 1997 (PAP, page 4-26).
<br />7) Air permits were required when the mine was in operation. The mine is in peralanent cessation Thera are no noel
<br />extraction, treatment, or hauling activities at the site. Grading reclamation activities are cempleta. Air emissicars
<br />permits are ten longer required for this site, and the permits were cancelled upon request by NCIG.
<br />8) The mice operated under Garfield County Special Use Permits (resohrtia~ns) 85-171 and 90-083. Both of these
<br />resolutions have expired. Resolution Number 91-091, 4 November 1991, in on file in Section 14 of the Binder.
<br />9) Mming has ceased at this site, no ceal is to be mined (PAP, page 2-6), thus notification is tro longer ptxtinent.
<br />10) Other than proofing of the proposed (hydratrlrc) mitung method (PAP, page 4-3), ce mining of coal took place at
<br />the site. Thus there is no requirement for subsidence monitoring and no potential for subsidence.
