OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE:
The topsoil stockpile above the pit wall was falling into the pit.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Stabilize topsoil stockpile and stop removal of gravel in this location if
• it will endanger the stockpile area.
2. If the topsoil stockpile area must be disturbed, the stockpiles must be moved
to areas where they will not be redisturbed.
