The <br />following is a response to the problems you identified at each of these sites. <br />1. Egnar Gravel Pit, No. M-81-218. The mine 1D sign has been placed at the <br />entrance of the permit area boundary. <br />2. Roger Williams Pit, No. M-81-214. The mine ID sign has been placed at the <br />entrance of the permit area boundary. <br />3. Slick Rock II Pit, No. M-85-223. Enclosed is a copy of the Bureau of Land <br />Management (BLM) Free Use Permit # GOC 55771 which confirms access rights <br />until October 5, 2003. <br />A new map showing the permit area is enclosed per your recommendation. <br />i is d <br />4. Bert Wood Pit, No. M-87-t8~. Enclosed, please find a copy of an addendum to <br />original lease between Bert Wood and San Miguel County which re-establishes <br />access rights for the purpose of completing reclamation. <br />5. Klondike Pit, No. M-81-220. <br />A. Enclosed, please find the BLM Free Use Permtt #COC 51366 which <br />confirms access to the gravel site until May 24, 1995. <br />B. We have placed comer and line markers at the site to delineate the permit <br />boundary. A map is also attached to show location of markers and the <br />disturbed area of the pit.
