CEMEX, Inc. is now the <br />permitted operator of the Silica Quarry, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-1977-361, <br />as well as those speciSed in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty you originally provided, which was released as of the September 17, 200] <br />Division approval for the succession of operators. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Barbara D.
