Please find enclosed a copy of our inspection report which <br />requires that the operator provide an amendment by August 7, 1985. The <br />operator is required to post a copy of the amendment at the County Clerk and <br />Recorders Office for public review and comment. Please contact the Division, <br />if upon review of the amendment certain concerns arise. <br />The required amendment will serve to bring the operator into compliance and to <br />enhance the quality of the permit to ensure proper reclamation of the site. <br />Thank you for expressing an interest in this matter.
