OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE:
1) On October 25, 1979, the Board approved this permit and set financial
warranty at $7,200. On July 22, 1980, the Board accepted this finan-
cial warranty and issued the permit.
2) All pond slopes to remain upon completion must be graded to 3: 1 as per
Rule 6 of the rules and regulations.
3) Topsoil and overburden are to be replaced to a depth of 1 to 2 feet as
outlined in Exhibit E.
4) Parcel B should have a seed bed prepared and a grass mix planted.
5) Please keep the Division informed as to the status of the proposed
landfill .
