<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />An aerial inspection of the Blue Ribbon Mine was flown on December <br />21, 1994 by Harry Ranney of the Division. Photographs taken of the <br />site were reviewed by Christine Johnston. The photographs are <br />identified as 12/94; ,{f:78; F:003; D:063; R:00; G:09; B:13. The <br />site is snow covered, which prevented a detailed inspection. <br />The site appears stable. No problems were noted. <br />047.1221 <br />
