The operator reclaimed the alts prior tp forteihrre. <br /> <br />The culvert under the access road >d the pertnR area was partiatiy blocked, causing water to backup <br />at the aocess road crossing. The atxesa road through the efts was M good conditlon, but portlons of <br />the roadside df6rh were blocked by sediment end rocks generated on the undisturbed elopes above <br />the roedcut Flow around the blocked portlons of the dltCh had not caused damage m the road. <br />Most of the aR fences on the site were down and no longer functional. There did not appear to be any <br />erosion or siflation oR~ite ae a result of the earl ferroes being down. The sedimentation pond was dry, <br />and did not appear ib have recently held arty weber. The refuse area diversion and collection ditches <br />were h good condtllon. <br />Vegemtlon on the site appears to be adequate in control erosion, as no erosional feahrres were <br />observed. Some grass is startlng m emerge on the reclaimed areas, as opposed m last season, <br />when vegetation correlated primariy of weeds. <br />Slopes were stable and wall vegetated. There were no signs of erosion. The sedimenfstlon pond <br />held water well below the dfxharge level. <br />y <br />
