Permit No. 77-361 for Silica Quarry <br />2. Permit No. 77-341 for Larimer Quarry <br />3. Permit No. 77-208 for Lyons Quarry <br />The executed original "Performance Warranty" is also enclosed for each facility described <br />above. The Financial Warranty for each ofthese facilities has already been submitted. <br />As we discussed, Southwestern Cement Enterprises, Inc. and Southwestern Portland <br />Cement Company were merged into Southdown, Inc., the parent company.
