<br /> <br />Status of Problem Reso]ution <br />The following items concern problems identified at previous inspections. <br />Problems are classified into two categories. These are: (1) problems <br />resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved <br />or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br />Previous problems have been resolved. There are no outstanding NOV's. <br />
