General Comments <br />The entire surface disturbance area at the mine and load-out and surface water <br />monitoring sites on Ward and Williams Creeks were inspected. <br />No violations were observed. Perimeter markers had been installed at the mine <br />and load-out and drainage control dikes and berms had been completed at the <br />load-out. <br />The only ongoing activity other than monitoring and maintenance at the mine is <br />placement of refuse from Blue Ribbon. <br />Upon permit issuance, permit signs will need to be changed to reflect the new <br />permit ID number. <br />423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
