The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective <br />actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Operator has disturbed approximately 2.3 acres in possible violation of Correction Date: June <br />C.R.S. 34-32.5-109(1) for failure to obtain a permit prior to engaging in a new 2001 <br />operation. Problem(PB) or Possible PV <br />AR <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION(S) <br />The operator must obtain a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Operation Reclamation Permit by June 7, <br />2006. This Possible Violation will also require a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board on July 12~' and <br />13"', 2006. <br />
