IH. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of June, 1999. <br />ROADS: The roads continue to be in satisfactory condition and do not require any maintenance <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: All ditches and culverts are clear and capable of functioning as designed. Pond A <br />& B were dry and stable. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The vegetation is doing extremely well this year for this site. The only concern as <br />far as success is concerned is that most of the grass is just Indian ricegrass with a few spots of needle and thread. This <br />may pose a problem for a phase III bond release. The site is very stable as far as erosion is concerned. <br />
